Starting from the 1st of june i am beginning the first annual TTOC awards 2009.

This date marks the date that all those who i have been asked to consider will me moderated and put into their select category. Then once i have put together the voting categories it is up to you, The proud people of dA, to vote for which OC you think truely deserves the award! Itll be like a big awards cerimony! When the time comes you can even draw you TTOC in a fancy tux or a dress to really make the event come alive!
